I really hate “bulking” and “cutting” 

so many people split their whole life and training around it and it just seems assbackwards to me. 

Personally, I’m more of a fan of Strength and Conditioning. Where you do a few cycles to build up your strength and set a strong foundation for your conditioning phase if you so choose to do it. Because the way most people bulk and cut blows my mind and half those people wonder why it takes them YEARS to gain strength, size, or look lean. 

Quick Truth

A lot of my readers think they need roids aka steroids to be Jay Cutler.
Now if that is you- do it.

However you may be able to do so without the roids.

Me I’m not sure where my future lies with regards to bodybuilding.

I do know that my goal is to #end2014 in a shape that will make Jay Cutler Salute me.
